About me
Hi! I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State and a licensed clinical professional counseling in Nevada. I've been a therapist since 2010.
We find ourselves out of balance for a variety of reasons. My goal is to help my clients restore balance in their life through a variety of practical coping skills. Clients who come to see me typically are experiencing struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma related symptoms, or symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. The work that I do with clients is an active process for clients who are ready for change.
Our thoughts are powerful and change the way we view ourselves and the world around us. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These strategies create healthier thoughts and achieve acceptance of emotional experiences to achieve balance in life.
I use a realistic, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach. I enjoy creating a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients through my personable character, humor, and genuine desire to help make a change in your life
